4. What is the warrenty policy on ForceTech STBs? The ForceTech provide full range warrenty for customers.
Rerurn the fault products in case of pruchasing within one month;
Repair the fault products in case of purchasing within one year;
Repair the fault spare part in case of purchasing out of year.

7. What kind of functions do ForceTech STBs achieve? ForceTech STBs support live/VOD, video conferencing, and satelite broadcasting.
8. What kind of terminal do ForceTech STBs support? For Live/VOD, ForceTech STBs support PC, TV and mobile.
For video conferencing and satelite broadcasting, our products support PC, TV and mobile.
9. Do I need download plug-in software for ForceTech STBs? With HTTP transmission, it does not need plug-in software. With-P2P transmission, it needs ForceTech plug-in software.
10. What kind of video format do ForceTech STBs support? For live, ForceTech STBs support TS format; for VOD, our procucts support formats of wmv, rmvb, TS and MPEG-4.
11. Could I use mobile device on ForceTech STBs? Yes, USB and mobile hard disk could be used on ForceTech STBs.
12. Could you provice such kind of customer and content management tool? Yes, ForceTech develops a Contents Management System (CMS) for customer and content management. More product detail information can be found at:

15. Does signle OTT media server support all 3 screens, TV+STB; All mobile phone; PC/MAC at the same machine? Yes, our OTT media server does support 3 screens, TV+STB, mobile phone and PC/MAC at same machine.
16. How many concurrent stream maximum in LIVE TV and VOD does 1 OTT media server support? ForceTech OTT media server is able to support 2000-3000 concurrents.
17. Could ForceTech STBs intergrate with DRM system? Yes, ForceTech STBs could intergrate with DRM system from Microsoft.
18. What speed/bandwidth to get smooth viewing in OTT live TV and OTT VOD? The speed and bandwidth depends on concurrent and rate, compared with traditional one, live speed is triple and vod speed is quintuple.
19. Could ForceTech OTT system work with third party OTT STB? Yes, now we support 100 kinds of chips.
20. How many channels live TV and vod does 1 OTT media server support? ForceTech OTT media server supports unlimited channels; we have tested maximum more than 400 thousand data.
21. Does your OTT system support multi bit rate encoding in single live TV and vod file? What multi bit rate should recommend for DVD effection in live TV and vod on TV+STB; all mobile phone and PC/MAC? Yes, our OTT system does support.
For TV+STB and PC/MAC we recommend 800kbps, for mobile phone we recommend 200kbps.
22. Does ForceTech OTT media server work with open and closed ip network? Yes, our OTT media server works both of them.
